		Size: 1 room: bedroom / living room; mini-kitchen; bathroom and toilet; Total space: 25 sq. m., 6th floor, elevator. Sleeps: maximum 2 persons (1 queen bed). Included Services: Move in assistance gladly provided. Maid service provided five times a week. 24 hour emergency contacts. All of staff speaks fluent English and are always willing to give recommendations upon request. Need something? Just ask Facilities: Mini-kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, sink, electric teakettle, kitchen utensils and dishes); a living room (sofa, coffee table and color TV), bedroom (queen bed, wardrobe cabinet, night table with clock radio). Bed linens and towels are every second day with maid service. Bathroom: (Sink, toilet and shower). A party line telephone (phone calls within St Petersburg are free) and Free WiFi. Security: Building entrance has coded lock. Double door with a lock on each door. The area is active with much foot traffic, has many lights and is well policed. You'll be provided with a receipt when you pay the rent. Payment: Prices are quoted in Euros. A deposit equal to one night's stay is required to reserve the apartment. This can be paid by Mastercard/Visa or Western Union transfer. The balance is due at the time of move in and can be paid in Euros, Dollars, Rubles, or by credit card. Note: A 3% bank processing charge is added to all credit card charges. There are no additional fees, commissions, booking charges, or miscellaneous charges.
