The flat that is always in heavy demand is our big, deluxe, very comfortable 2-bedroom on the Garden Ring road. Great location and it will impress all that enter it. One bedroom has one large bed; the other bedroom has one large bed (new) and one small bed. There is a sofa-sleeper for two and a lounger-sleeper for one in the family room. It has a TV/VCR (multi-system for all formats of VHS tapes), new digital satellite dish with CNN in English and many channels in both English and Russian (merely push a button on the remote to alternate between the languages), big refrig, new washer/dryer, new microwave, new iron, gas stove, new CD/stereo, large kitchen table (for six) in a very large kitchen with everything you need, etc. - the flat has everything you need. I'm not sure you could ask for a better location. The exact address is Sadovaya-Sukharevskaya #8; right on, and overlooking, the Garden Ring. Balconies with unobstructed views in the front (Garden Ring) and back (city center). This ideal location can't be stressed enough. Metro Sukharevskaya is on the same block up the street and metro Svetnoy Bulvar is a few minutes walk the opposite way and is located next to the famed Moscow Circus. There is a wonderful variety of cafes and restaurants within a few hundred yards; including a nice Japanese restaurant, new McDonalds, Subway, Cafe Courvoisier (most 'hip' dining place in the city), restaurant Korchma (100% authentic Ukrainian), and Baskin-Robbins. On the same block, you will also find a flower shop, money exchange, food/fruit/vegetable stands, a pharmacy, and 24-hour markets. On the 6th floor with speedy, reliable elevator; security entrance; quiet neighbors. I feel my pricing is very reasonable and a bargain for what you get. Right now, the Marriott and Sheraton start at about $280 (including the 25% hotel taxes here in Moscow) for merely a standard double; for some perspective. Something of this size and amenities would be not less than $450/night at any decent hotel in the city. At $130-170/night, this 2-bedroom flat is a real steal when you compare it to the cost of the better hotels in the city. I require a $150 deposit in advance to guarantee any apartment.
