The flat that is always in heavy demand is our big and very comfortable 2-bedroom located at Troitskaya Ulitsa #10. Great location (just 50 yards off the Garden Ring road that circles the city center) and it will impress all that enter it. One bedroom has one very large bed (queen to king-size) and the other bedroom has a brand new, large (160x200cm - about queen size), comfortable bed. There is also a sofa-sleeper in the flat. Large TV, new multi-system VCR, modern furnishings, large well-designed walk-in closet, big and comfortable bathroom and shower, and full-time hot water. The flat has a washing machine, built-in dishwasher and refrigerator, new microwave, new iron, stove, large kitchen table (for six) in a very large kitchen with everything you need, etc. - the flat has everything you need. I'm not sure you could ask for a better location (purple dots on attached map of part of the city center). Enclosed balconies (7th floor) in the front and back. Metro Svetnoy Bulvar is 5 minutes in one direction (located next to the famed Moscow Circus) and metro Sukharevskaya is 5 minutes in the other direction (new McDonalds, among the many cafes/restaurants/shops within a few hundred yards). A good pharmacy and a food shop are adjacent to the entrance. Reliable elevators; security entrance; quiet neighbors. I feel my pricing is very reasonable and a bargain for what you get. Right now, the Marriott and Sheraton start at about $280 for just a simple, standard double (including Moscow's 25% in taxes/fees); for some perspective. At $110-150/night, this deluxe 2-bedroom flat is a real steal when you compare it to the cost of the better hotels in the city. I require a $150 deposit in advance to guarantee any apartment.
