This spacious two-bedroom apartment is located just 50 meters off, and overlooking, the Garden Ring road (the main road in Moscow that circles the city center) and only a few minutes walk to both metro Sukharevskaya and metro Svetnoy Bulvar (next door to the famed Moscow Circus). Dome Cinema (one of only two theaters in Moscow with movies in English -and Russian via headphones) is about a 13-minute walk. Secure building and apartment with two reliable elevators and quiet (elderly couple) neighbors. The flat is the purple dots on the map of part of the city center. It has a brand new TV and multi-format VCR (plays VHS tapes from anywhere) and we just added a satellite dish with CNN in English and many channels in both English and Russian (merely push a button to alternate between the languages). A partial remodel was finished three months ago and everything in one bedroom is completely new, including a queen-size bed. The other bedroom also has a comfortable bed for two and is very nice. Enclosed balconies in the front and back. Comfortable, well-equipped kitchen with new microwave, large refrigerator, and gas stove. New washing machine, new iron and ironing board. Across the Garden Ring road from Moscow's 'hippest', most popular cafe (all apartment guests get first available table), and a few minutes walk to McDonalds, Subway Sandwich, a very good Japanese restaurant, Baskin-Robbins, a pharmacy, money exchange, many shops, and a very popular authentic Ukrainian restaurant. Included Services: Move in assistance gladly provided. Rick and his wife Natasha are available 24/7 in English and/or Russian. They can offer you an abundance of free advice on dining, shopping, nightlife, and tourist attractions. Need something? Visa Support: Tourist visa invitation ($40) and / or visa registration ($20). Payment: All prices are quoted in US dollars.  A deposit of $150 is required to guarantee an apartment.  Deposits and rents can be paid in the US via bank check or money order and/or in Moscow via cash, Western Union, or MoneyGram.  Dollars or Euros are preferred, but rubles also accepted.  Receipts available upon request.  There are absolutely no unpleasant surprises in the form of miscellaneous charges, fees, commissions, etc. The price is exactly as confirmed and includes all taxes.
